Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase. This policy explains when refunds are possible for digital goods bought on pixelcobble.com.

Digital content and the 14-day withdrawal right

Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content delivered immediately, this right ends once delivery begins with your express consent. By completing checkout you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the withdrawal right is lost when the items are delivered in-game.

When we DO refund

  • Delivery failed: you paid but the items never arrived in-game and our team cannot complete delivery within 72 hours.
  • Double charge or technical payment error.
  • The purchased product was materially misdescribed.
  • Any case where a refund is required by applicable law.

When we do NOT refund

  • Items already delivered and used in-game.
  • You were banned for breaking the Server Rules after delivery.
  • You changed your mind after delivery, or the server's gameplay later changed in balance updates.

How to request a refund

Email support@pixelcobble.com within 14 days of purchase, including your order date and account email. We respond within 5 business days; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe within 5 to 10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a card dispute. Unjustified chargebacks lead to suspension of shop access. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
