Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the PixelCobble website (pixelcobble.com) and the PixelCobble Minecraft server (the "Service"). By creating an account, connecting to the server or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

PixelCobble is a community-run Minecraft server using the Cobblemon mod. The Service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and gameplay content may change at any time (updates, resets of specific areas, balancing).

2. Accounts and conduct

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and your linked Minecraft account.
• You must follow the Server Rules; violations may result in warnings, mutes, temporary or permanent bans.
• Cheating, exploiting, harassment and chargeback abuse are grounds for immediate termination of access without refund, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Purchases

Shop items are digital goods delivered automatically to your linked Minecraft account. Prices are shown at checkout and may include VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Purchases grant in-game items or perks only, with no real-world value and no ownership of server content. 4. Affiliate program

Participation in the affiliate program is by invitation. Rewards accrue according to the conditions configured for your affiliate account and may be changed prospectively. Fraudulent traffic (self-referrals, bots, incentivized clicks) voids accrued rewards.

5. Intellectual property & non-affiliation

PixelCobble is NOT an official Minecraft product and is NOT approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. PixelCobble is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak or The Pokémon Company. "Pokémon" is a trademark of its respective owners. The Cobblemon mod is an independent open-source project (MPL-2.0). All third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for loss of virtual items, in-game progress or server downtime. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including statutory consumer rights in the EU).

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (purchases, liability, disputes) survive termination.

8. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the website. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: legal@pixelcobble.com.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. EU consumers also benefit from the mandatory protections of their country of residence. Disputes go to the competent courts of Romania, or you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
